Tony Shou Fat Wong

    Tony is a Registered Architect and seasoned Corporate Real Estate/Facilities Management (CRE/FM) executive with experience in managing multi-discipline international teams to deliver real estate projects and services to meet business results. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Architecture and is a Registered Architect in Hong Kong. He moved from architecture to CRE/FM since1990, and had covered almost all aspects of CRE/FM for JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley and Cisco. In these roles, he was in charge of all property matters covering Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Facilities Management for the Asia Pacific region for 3 decades and travelled extensively throughout the Asia Pacific region, many of which are Belt and Road countries. As a member of the global management team, he also worked closely with his colleagues around the world, in particular the USA. He retired from his CRE/FM career in August 2019 to focus on charitable and community services. On the professional side, he served as Council Member and Chairman of Board of Overseas Affairs of HKIA (Hong Kong Institute of Architects) in the early 1990’s; He had represented HKIA in international architectural organizations such as UIA (Union of International Architects), ARCASIA (Architectural Regional Council Asia) and CAA (Commonwealth Association of Architects) since then, focusing on international affairs aspects, and most recently social responsibility and emergency management matters. He is currently director of ARCASIA Emergency Architect, and recently led a taskforce and co-authored the ARCASIA COVID-19 Guidelines(the 13 ACGs) launched in February 2021. He is now spearheading the implementation of this to ARCASIA’s 21 Asian countries/regions, and hopefully beyond.
