Felix, a Director with Farrells, has more than 25 years of experience working in Hong Kong and overseas. Since joining Farrells in 2006, he has garnered diverse expertise in various Belt & Road countries and all sectors: master planning, institutional, hospital, mixed use, retail, recreational facilities, transit-related projects, station planning, residential and office buildings.

    Felix’s portfolio includes the New Delhi Railway station and regeneration masterplan, Gautrain Rapid Rail Link South Africa, Passenger Terminal on Southwest Corridor project in Shenzhen, residential developments in Shanghai/London, Vattanac Bank in Cambodia, KK100 in Shenzhen and China Zun in Beijing.

    In Hong Kong, his works include the M+ Museum, Kwai Chung Hospital Phase 2, the Kowloon East Regional Headquarters, MTR NOL/TME Feasibility Studies, the MTR’s Kennedy Town Station, the URA’s Kwun Tong Town Centre Urban Renewal and Hong Kong Science Park.

    By taking the lead in architectural design, handling project management and contract administration, Felix has carried countless government and private developments to completion. He also provides direction from management resources, contract and post-contract matters.

    Felix’s extensive experience not only in dealing with various building typologies internationally, but also has a solid reputation for his value engineering approach to existing designs with a mind on the client’s ambitions.

    Felix is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and was the President of HKIA in 2019-20. Currently he serves as the Immediate Past President of HKIA and member of Infra Development Committee of Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
