Over 4 decades Winston has worked on some of the most iconic, innovative buildings around the region.  After spending significant time in the UK and HK on major projects, he represents a broad, multi-cultural and international approach to design and architecture.  Winston founded Integrated Design Associates (IDA) in 1999 on a vision that architects shape the future through creativity in design.  His work strives to integrate technology, people and the environment to redefine values in projects way beyond their functionality.  Since establishing IDA the practice has built collaborative relationships with multinational clients through shared visions, completing award-winning projects ranging from specialised shops, residences, institutions, commercial developments to infrastructures, in locations spanning from Japan, China, SE Asia, India, Middle East to Europe.
