Ar. CHEN is the Founder and the Executive Director of Amasia International Architects Ltd. With over 30 years professional practice experience, he has been in charge of the planning, architectural design, project management and administration for a vast portfolio of diversified development projects in Hong Kong, as well as in Mainland China, Macau and South East Asia.

Ar. CHEN has been actively promoting the advancement of architecture and the development of the profession. He was the Chair of Architects Registration Board HKSAR from 2014-2016 and the President of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects 2017-2018.

Ar. CHEN was a member of the Hong Kong Delegation attending the first “Belt and Road Forum for International Co-operation” in Beijing in 2017. Over the years he had participated as the speaker in a number of Belt and Roads Initiatives forums and conferences, including the Hong Kong Belt and Road Forum in Beijing organized by the HKSAR government in 2018 and the “Belt and Road High Level Round Table Conference” hosted by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, sharing the experience of the architectural professional services and the opportunities under Belt and Road initiatives.
